Whole 30 Experience: Week Two

What I’ve learned from this week is consistency and balance. Though I am personally seeing small adjustments to my body, what I feel within has been incredible. I have been so full of energy and clarity. I feel as though I can “conquer the world!” Lol. I have been so motivated in creating for myself an intentional, purposeful and holistic lifestyle: health, spirituality, physical appearance and relationship building. I know that a new year should not be my motivation for a “fresh” start, but I feel that it has been such an eye opener. This is a LIFESTYLE CHANGE, not a diet or health trend. It is a journey.

Things I’ve been learning:
-I forgot how much love I had towards eggs!
-Gala apples are the bomb dot com
-Turkey patties have been my go-to this week
-Excited to try new Whole30-paleo recipes in the coming months
-The Whole30 has been keeping me intentional and accountable on my health journey
-We started working out this Saturday!

Workout Goals:
Chu + I began working out this past Saturday, January 14, 2017.
My workout regime is to do 30+ minutes of cardio 5 times a week.
Wednesday + Sundays will be my rest days.
I will focus on cardio and body strength building for the whole month of February.
March, April, and May will be the body-building three-month plan (Thank you Kaxee!)

Moving onto the third week! Only a week and a half left!

Until next week,
Victoria Vue
