Whole 30 Experience: Week
Two
What I’ve
learned from this week is consistency and balance.
Though I am personally seeing small adjustments to my body, what I feel within
has been incredible. I have been so full of energy and clarity. I feel as
though I can “conquer the world!” Lol. I have been so motivated in creating for
myself an intentional, purposeful and holistic lifestyle: health, spirituality,
physical appearance and relationship building. I know that a new year should
not be my motivation for a “fresh” start, but I feel that it has been such an
eye opener. This is a LIFESTYLE CHANGE, not a diet or health trend.
It is a journey.
