I AM A CHILD OF GOD

No longer bound by chains. 

No longer bound by fear. 

I am a child of God. 

I lived a life where I strived for perfection, worked hard to be liked by everyone, compared myself to others, set up expectations SO high, that when I didn't reach them I felt utterly defeated.  And let me tell yah, it is so stressful and so exhausting to live like that.  The Lord broke me and showed me that I was (and am) enough. That He created me with beauty, with purpose, and in His Likeness and Image. An imperfect mortal chosen by a perfect God to serve, obey, love, defend, and build HIS kingdom.  

God has revealed over and over to me that FEAR IS A LIAR, death is defeated, and He is Alive! We have a God that has overcome this world and reigns VICTORIOUS! We do not have to hold onto the burden of Satan's lies, of our past wrongdoings, of doubt, uncertainty, meeting the expectations of man, and of fear.  God is good, and He gave His one and ONLY Son for US.  We are made whole and complete through Christ.

HE IS:
way maker,
miracle worker, 
promise keeper, 
light in the darkness. 
MY GOD - that is who HE IS. 

My living HOPE.

No longer bound by chains.
No longer bound by fear.
