Balance.

Balance.
Some days I'm above and beyond motivated to get things done, do all the things, workout and eat clean + healthy.  But, I also have some days where I sleep in, snuggle under blankets all day, binge watch movies, and want to eat Ramen, chips or ice cream. Lol.  And if I were to categorize myself within either two of these "labels," well... I would say, "Just find balance, Vic. And give yourself grace."  Though I would love to say that I'm "all about fitness," I find myself drawn moreso towards being "all about wellness." 

Wellness is "the state of being in good health, especially as an actively pursued goal" (thank you, online dictionary haha). Wellness is about mental, emotional, physical, spiritual and overall health (from the inside out).  I am SO passionate about learning, educating, encouraging, sharing and helping others become better versions of themselves.  There is so much we can accomplish when we shift our mindsets, when we trust in the Lord, when we work hard and be consistent with our goals, our dreams, our passions, our vision for the future.  "Consistency is what takes something you do one day and turns it into a lifestyle. -Lalah Delia" 

So, couch potato or fitness friend? 
I would say, "Just find balance. Give yourself grace. Set your goals. Trust in the Lord. Work hard. Be consistent."
