Oh Lord,
Take me away
and consume me in your everlasting love. Fill me with your infinite compassion
and comfort me with your words of wisdom and encouragements. I need you now,
more than ever. Anger dwells upon my
heart and aches to conquer over my soul.
But God, oh my good and gracious God, I know that you are greater and
more powerful than any conflict that I face in my life. Remind me how it feels
like to be patient and how to love unconditionally. I trust in you. For I know that you can heal
my every emotion and bring me to a since of peace and restoration. Father, I come
to you. May I hear your words and may I listen whole-heartedly. I seek for YOU. Draw me close to you. Amen.
“For the
anger of man dies not produce the righteousness of God” (James 1:20).
