The Last 100 Days of Our Engagement

It’s so crazy to think that in
100 more days, I will get to spend the rest of my life becoming one with the man
of my dreams! Though this journey will
be new, I am so excited to embark it. Maochua and I have been preparing ourselves
for marriage little by little and it has been such a blessing for the friends
and family around us who have been through this journey with Maochua and I;
encouraging, loving, praying for and supporting our future. There are so many
things that is still needed to do in order to prepare! So, little by little, we
are crossing off our checklist.
The more I think about Maochua
and I, the more my heart becomes fuller and fuller. I am thrilled and cannot wait to decorate and
make our house our home. I can’t wait to
create our own little family traditions: breakfast in bed on Saturdays, celebrating
holiday spirit and hosting festivities. I
can’t wait to wake up next to him and truly knowing that he is mine. I can’t wait to end the night with scripture,
prayer and snuggles. The list can go on
and on with all of the things that I am anticipating for.
With all this being said, I am so
excited to become Mrs. Vue and though the thought of changing my name does
still scare me a little, I am willing to trust in the Lord to lead my future. Haha.
